The job is… outbound business to business scripted calls to existing customers to book in renewal meetings for the Sales team. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed, sounds easy right???

- Have significant previous Business to Business telesales experience providing an outstanding customer experience whilst carrying out business development with existing clients.
- Be self-motivated, target driven and hungry to exceed your KPI’s and to earn commission.
- Be able to work under pressure, able to work under pressure, be open to regular, constructive feedback and be resilient.
- Be able to maintain high standards with a positive attitude whilst also enthusiastic about sales.
- Strive for perfection by authentically reading the script (word for word!), on every call.
- Be able to embrace life as a member of the flock. We like to be social, participate in team games and incentives! You have to be in it to winit!
